Kapralova Society Journal is published twice a year, in winter and in summer. Deadlines for the receipt of articles and reviews: October 15 for the winter issue and April 15 for the summer issue. The society reserves the right to distribute the journal in any medium.

Guidelines for contributors: Send your article and a short bio to the editors by e-mail at: society[at]kapralova[dot]org. The text should be single spaced and without any special formatting. Use endnotes (but with Arabic numerals!) instead of footnotes. For questions of style, consult the Chicago Manual of Style (16th ed. and up) and the style sheet Writing about Music by D. Kern Holoman. Photographs and music examples should be submitted in their digital formats (accepted formats: high resolution jpg, eps, png, and tiff but no pdf, please). Authors are responsible for obtaining copyright permission as relevant. The editors reserve their right to revise and/or shorten the authors' articles as they find necessary for the purposes of the journal.
